Introduction to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)  

On this one-day workshop where you will learn how to use EFT. There will be time to practise your newfound skills throughout the day. The day is set up so that hopefully you will come away feeling inspired and eager to put your new skills into practice. Questioning is encouraged and having fun is mandatory. Starting with basic principles, you will build your learning to a highly effective level.

  Course Content  

The basic recipe - Learning how to tune in to the issue for clearing, and the sequence of acupuncture points that are tapped.

Short Cuts - How to speed up the process with selective points.

Psychological reversal - Resolving when there is self sabotage and the energy flow needs to be corrected.

Refinements - How to be specific and work with aspects of the main problem.

Physical problems and pain - How to use EFT to bring relief to physical issues.

Troubling memories - Releasing the emotional charge from events in the past such as guilt, anger, grief and sadness.

Cravings - Overcoming cravings for foods.

Phobias - How to let go of phobias, fears and anxieties using EFT.

Testing - How to ensure that the problem is cleared for good.
