About EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

Emotional freedom is about returning the mind, body and emotions to a state of balance so that we are not limited by negativity. Even though we should be able to recover from unpleasant experiences our thought patterns can be affected by emotions from past events such as relationships, trauma or loss. We can also be affected by ongoing or future events such as stress, depression, interpersonal problems and anxieties.

Emotions can remain fixed rather than dispersing as they should. Even trying to ignore them doesn't work, they still affect our day to day living. If we decide to do something about the negative emotions we may try counselling, see our GP, or compensate in some way. Every approach has its’ merits, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is an option for resolving problems quickly and effectively.
